Only damaged, defective, or wrong items are eligible. Email us within 24 hours of delivery at customercare@yesskincare.in with unboxing video & clear photos. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Approved returns will be exchanged or refunded in 7–10 days.

3. What if I receive an open or tampered package?
Please do not accept open or tampered packages. Refuse delivery immediately. Once accepted, YES! is not responsible for missing or damaged items.
